Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with BioGreen Technology. Due to the nature of our aquaculture and agricultural products, please review our refund terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Non-Refundable Perishable Goods

All perishable goods (including but not limited to fresh fish, fingerlings, feed supplements, and other time-sensitive aquaculture products) are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered.

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on perishable products because they are temperature-sensitive, require controlled handling and storage, and their quality cannot be guaranteed once they leave our custody.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy on perishable goods.

2. Exceptions (Damage or Wrong Item)

We will only review claims in the following cases:

– The wrong product was delivered

– The product was significantly damaged during transit

Any such claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must include clear photos, proof of purchase, and the order number. Claims should be submitted to: mailto: sales@biogreentechnology.org   

If approved, compensation may be offered at our discretion in the form of a replacement product (where possible) or a partial refund.

3. Non-Perishable Items

Refunds for non-perishable items may be considered if the item is unused, returned in its original condition, and the request is made within 3 days of delivery.

4. Payment Reversals

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method used via DPO Payment Gateway. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or mobile money provider.
