Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders placed with BioGreen Technology may be cancelled. This policy is aligned with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms and Conditions.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched. If the cancellation request is received and approved prior to dispatch, a full refund will be processed through the original payment method used via DPO Payment Gateway.

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 5–10 business days, subject to bank or mobile money provider processing times.

2. Cancellation of Perishable Goods

Due to the time-sensitive and temperature-controlled nature of aquaculture and agricultural products, orders containing perishable goods cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

All perishable goods are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable after dispatch.

3. Cancellation of Non-Perishable Goods

Orders for non-perishable goods may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted, and the order will fall under the terms of the Refund Policy.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately with:

– Order number

– Proof of payment

– Reason for cancellation

5. Refused Deliveries

Refusing delivery of an order does not automatically qualify as a cancellation. Perishable goods that are refused at delivery remain non-refundable. Additional delivery or handling charges may apply.

6. Company Rights

BioGreen Technology reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or unforeseen operational circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund if payment has already been made.
