BioGreen Technology currently ships within Zambia. For special delivery arrangements
outside standard service areas, customers are advised to contact us before placing an order. - Processing Time
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation via DPO Payment Gateway.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
Perishable goods are prioritized for immediate dispatch to maintain product quality. - Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout or via order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions,
or other circumstances beyond our control. - Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on delivery location, order size, and product type.
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed. - Delivery of Perishable Goods
Customers must ensure they are available to receive perishable goods at the agreed delivery
time. BioGreen Technology is not responsible for product deterioration resulting from
delayed acceptance or improper storage after delivery. - Risk and Ownership
Risk in the products transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery. Customers are
responsible for inspecting products immediately upon receipt. - Incorrect Address
BioGreen Technology is not liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or
incomplete address information provided by the customer. Additional delivery charges may
apply for re-dispatch. - Damaged Shipments
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of
delivery with photographic evidence and order details. Failure to report within this period
