Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Biogreen Technology Limited's Fish Farm Apps ("Apps"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Apps provided by Biogreen Technology Limited ("Biogreen", "we", "our", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
a. License: Biogreen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use
the Apps for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms.
b. Restrictions: You agree not to:
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works
of the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related system or network.
2. User Accounts
a. Registration: You may need to register an account to access certain features of the App. You
agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account
information updated.
b. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and
for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Privacy
a. Data Collection: We may collect and process personal information and data about you as
described in our Privacy Policy.
b. Data Use: By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information
in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership: Biogreen retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all
intellectual property rights.
b. Feedback: If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the App ("Feedback"),
you grant Biogreen a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate
such Feedback into the App or other products without compensation to you.
5. Modifications and Updates
Biogreen reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any
changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biogreen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the
App.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of
Zambia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Apps shall be resolved
exclusively in the courts of The Republic of Zambia.
